The rooms had excellent bed mattresses. Front desk service was very helpful. I found the location to be excellent.
Breakfast was limited to ala cart options. It became a bit boring after the second day. Only two elevators served the whole building, which caused congestion.

a enchanting stay
spacious room handwritten note included minibar
the grand beautiful room i stayed in was spacious and had everything a traveler could need. i discovered a good handwritten note with macaroons, also there were a bottle of wine as a lovely surprise. the minibar was included, a really wonderful bonus. the linens were beautiful, the bathrobe was a welcome treat.
there were only two elevators for the entire building, this resulted in waiting many times.

the room included necessary hygiene products and offered robes, also slippers. i found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the quietness of the room, that allowed for restful sleep, it was perfect after long days exploring.

the breakfast offered a good quality with several choices from a menu. i saw complimentary snacks, in addition to beverages available in the room, very generous. there was option to make both tea, also coffee, for convenience.

the location was superb, with many shops and also cafes right outside. it was very close to a famous cathedral. the hotel was a few steps from the cathedral, i felt completely safe at all times.

The hotel location is very central. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful . The minibar had complimentary drinks.
The hotel played loud music in the courtyard. It started around 6 PM and lasted until late. I could hear the noise from my room, it was adjacent to the courtyard. The breakfast options felt limited after a couple of days.

great location spacious room stocked minibar
i loved the location it was close to steven's square i could walk to museums and restaurants so easily the staff was awesome too they gave great advice on places to eat i really liked the spacious room it had high ceilings and a big bathroom the complimentary mini bar was restocked daily with wine juice and snacks it was a total treat
i did notice the hotel played loud music in the courtyard from evening until late it reminded me of living next to a nightclub ear plugs barely helped with the noise

i found this hotel easily accessible to nearby attractions. the hotel is close to st stephen's cathedral. shops and restaurants line the streets and are easily accessible. the hotel gave me a welcome gift of wine and macarons upon my arrival. the minibar also offered complimentary items.
the hotel music in the courtyard was a bit loud. this began around 6pm and lasted until late.
